Job Description
SPEECHCOM INC is seeking fulltime CaliforniaLicensed SpeechLanguage Pathologists or Clinical Fellows to serve a school district in Pasadena CA for the upcoming 25/26 school year.
Rate of Pay: $60$75 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
Hours: 7 to 8 hour billable days (Monday Friday)
- Anticipated start date of August 13 2025

Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of students with speech or language disorders.
- Meet with students regularly according to individualized education plan evaluate and maintain records/data of students progress.
- Report progress to faculty members and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss their evaluations of students skills as demonstrated in class performance and social interaction with other students.
- Complete reevaluations triennially to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
- Build and maintain rapport with students to promote success in speech and language program.
- Keep up with current professional literature and maintain/update professional skills (maintain CEUs for licensure).
Required Skills/Abilities:
Skill communicating verbally and in writing with students faculty members and parents so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made.
Education and Experience:
Masters degree in speech pathology required.
CA stateissued license as a speech pathologist required.
