Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Host/Hostess to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team for their outlet called Harvest Bistro! This oneofakind property boasts 12 different dining options over 1000 guest rooms 231000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space with 3 ballrooms 34 meeting rooms 2 dedicated boardrooms and unique outdoor spaces.
The ideal candidate will ideally hold comparable experience as a Host/Hostess in a restaurant setting has a strong customer service background with excellent multitasking skills is proficient in computer skill and has a great personality. Experience within a fastpaced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a who is ready to assist our guests with anything that may arise.
Shift Pattern: AM and PM shifts starting as early as 6.307AM and ending as late as 1010.30PM or after.
Pay Rate: $16.64 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Restaurant Host/Hostess you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
- Assist others with side work including but not limited to cleaning stocking folding silverware etc.
- Ensure knowledge of menu
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
