Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes improve product quality and enhance production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency reduce waste and enhance product quality.
- Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Quality Control: Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through implementation ensuring timely and costeffective completion.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including design production and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD and/or Solidworks software and other engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
