Chemistry Teacher Experienced Specialist for KS5
Location: Staffordshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and committed Chemistry Teacher to join our thriving Science Department at a wellregarded secondary school in Staffordshire. This is a fulltime permanent position for a teacher with a strong track record and the ability to teach Chemistry to Key Stage 5.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Chemistry Teacher who is confident delivering challenging content at ALevel and who is ready to take ownership of student progress across KS3 KS4 and KS5.

What Were Looking For
Were looking for an experienced Chemistry Teacher who:
Has Qualified Teacher Status and a strong academic background in Chemistry or a closely related subject.
Has experience teaching ALevel Chemistry with a record of strong outcomes at KS5.
Is passionate about their subject and confident planning challenging engaging lessons across all key stages.
Has a reflective approach to teaching and is keen to contribute to curriculum development.
Works well as part of a team and is committed to supporting wider school life and science enrichment.
