Location: Worcestershire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS (Main Pay Scale)
About the Role
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our Science Department as a Biology Teacher at a vibrant state school in Worcestershire. This fulltime permanent position is ideal for a newly qualified teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and making a difference in the classroom. You will teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 in the future.

What Were Looking For
We are looking for a Biology Teacher (ECT) who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will achieve it by September 2025 along with a degree in Biology or a related subject.
Is passionate about teaching Biology and has a strong desire to inspire students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Has a positive enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning with a commitment to supporting students academic and personal growth.
Is reflective and open to feedback with a strong desire to develop professionally.
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and contributing to the wider school community.
