About the Role

As an Art Teacher your role will include:

• Teaching Art and Design across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 with the opportunity to contribute to ALevel teaching.

• Planning and delivering highquality lessons in a range of media including drawing painting printmaking and digital art.

• Inspiring students to think critically express themselves creatively and develop their own artistic styles.

• Offering constructive feedback and individual support to help students achieve their academic goals.

• Contributing to the wider life of the department including leading art clubs organizing exhibitions and facilitating enrichment opportunities.

• Collaborating with colleagues to continually develop the curriculum and share best practices within the department.

What Were Looking For

We welcome applications from experienced Art Teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art Fine Art or Art & Design.

• Have a proven track record of teaching Art at Key Stages 3 4 and 5 with experience in delivering ALevel content.

• Are passionate about art education with strong subject knowledge and a studentcentred teaching approach.

• Can inspire and engage students while maintaining high standards of achievement and behaviour in a selective academic setting.

• Are collaborative team players who are eager to contribute to the wider success of the department and school.

• Possess strong communication skills and a commitment to their own professional development.
