Art Teacher Experienced Teacher Opportunity at a State School in Worcester
Location: Worcester
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Fulltime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Art Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a state school in Worcester. What Were Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Art Teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art Fine Art or Art & Design.
Has experience teaching Art at Key Stage 3 4 and 5 with a proven ability to deliver ALevel content.
Possesses strong subject knowledge and a creative studentfocused approach to teaching.
Can inspire students and cultivate a passion for art while maintaining high standards of achievement and behaviour in the classroom.
Enjoys being part of a collaborative teaching environment and contributing to the schools broader ethos.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional growth.

What Youll Be Doing
As an Art Teacher at our school you will:

Inspire students to think critically about art develop their creativity and express their ideas confidently.
Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to ensure student progress and attainment.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a rich and varied educational experience for students.
