1. Quality support customer. Coordination between customer and Bosch internal
2. Techincal support customer through pre SOP series production and aftermarket.
3 Preventive measures to assure perfect quality to customer
4. Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Negotiation complaints handling process with customer. Support SQW for quality agreement negotiation with customer
6. Internal/ external quality reporting.
7. Warranty cost confirmation base on return actual situation.
8. Support compliance to ISO/TS16949 requirements support meeting plant and department goals and objectives
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Master degree major in Mechanical/ Electronic engineering
Over 5 years experience in automotive industry (Experience in OEMs is priority)
Sound knowledge of IATF16949 FMEA skilled in Problem solving process and 8D method
Customer complaints handling method technical support customer experience
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Driving skill.
English oral & written fluently
