Job Description
We are looking for a NonIT Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates using various recruitment channels including job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinating and conducting facetoface interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintaining an updated database of potential candidates for future openings.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Please note:
- This is a oneyear contract position with a sixday work week (Monday to Saturday).
- The role is based in our Pune office located in Weikfield Viman Nagar.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with working from the office.
