Job Description
A Training Support position typically outlines duties related to facilitating and supporting training programs including coordinating logistics managing resources and assisting with program implementation and evaluation. These roles often involve tasks like scheduling preparing materials managing databases and providing technical support for training tools and systems.
Qualifications :
- Coordinate up to 20 Form 42 requests per month to include class overages new training line numbers and MILPDS Duty Status codes.
- Coordinate Form 391s from notification to approval/disapproval to disenroll students from training and notification to Registrars of MILPDS discrepancies
- Receive tracks and process Syllabus of Instruction Secondary Method Training waiver requests for fours MDS and 200 students in formal training
- Assist 492 SOW units with DAF/HHQ/Local directives to include Education Training Course announcements data trend analysis training plans and unit training programs
- Draft Programmed Flying Training projections for formal aircrew training quota requirements to AFSOC HQ. Matches and Assigns training allocations to quotas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years AFSOC rated training/instructor experience
- Current SECRET security clearance
Additional Information :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
