What Youll Be Doing
- Develop and execute creative marketing and communications strategies across the resort promoting all aspectsfrom accommodations and dining to spa golf and recruitmentwith a focus on driving revenue increasing online bookings website traffic and social media engagement (e.g. follower growth engagement rates).
- Design visually elevated promotional materials and branded digital assets that reflect the resorts luxury positioning and timeless elegance.
- Create and manage content calendars across key digital platforms including the resort website Instagram Facebook TikTok (as applicable) and relevant travel and booking websites.
- Utilize direct messaging and engagement strategies through WhatsApp and Messenger where appropriate to drive guest interaction and personalized communications.
- Craft highquality content across a variety of formatssocial posts videos motion graphics stories blogs print collateral and email campaigns.
- Write compelling press pitches and content blogs to promote the hotel and share ongoing updates on the renovation journey.
- Oversee the daily management of social media channels ensuring timely responses community engagement and consistent brand storytelling.
- Leverage AIdriven tools for content generation social media scheduling performance analytics and personalizationenhancing efficiency creativity and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with resort departments to develop and execute integrated campaigns and crossfunctional messaging.
- Cultivate relationships with global and local media influencers and content creators to elevate brand visibility and reach.
- Track and analyze digital performance against key KPIs such as conversion rates website bounce rate and engagement metrics to inform strategy and optimization.
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms creative trends and digital innovations to ensure the resort remains competitive and compelling.
Qualifications :
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing digital content visual storytelling and campaign workideally within luxury hospitality lifestyle or travel.
- 3 years of digital marketing experience in a luxury setting with a deep understanding of brand positioning and digital content strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects); experience in Canva and motion graphics is a plus.
- Handson experience managing digital content and paid campaigns across Instagram Facebook TikTok WhatsApp and Messenger.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Insights) and content scheduling platforms (e.g. Later Hootsuite Sprout).
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
- Working knowledge of AIpowered marketing platforms (e.g. ChatGPT Canva Magic Write Jasper Adobe Sensei Meta Advantage) and the ability to integrate these into workflows to streamline content production automate reporting and enhance campaign performance.
- Strong organization collaboration and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced preopening environment.
- Must be able to work on property and be Bermudian or the spouse of a Bermudian.
- Experience with luxury resort brands or premium lifestyle companies preferred.
- Background in brand development or preopening creative planning preferred.
