Job Description
Overview
As a Senior Quantitative Developer on the Spreads Trading Development team you will be on the front lines of the business developing solutions to enhance and refine our spreads trading strategies. You will work collaboratively with other technologists to design and engineer solutions that advance our spreads trading systems. In this computationally intensive role youll have the advantage of rapid turnaround cycles where youll see the efforts of your strategy ideas implemented into production quickly.
In this role you will:
- Be involved in the full SDLC from requirements gathering to designing and implementation of strategies
- Iterate with quants and traders to enhance refine and evolve strategies
- Leverage your knowledge of performancesensitive code to challenge consensus and employ innovative thought to continuously improve our systems
- Tap into tens of petabytes of raw and well prepped full tick market data strategy decisions fundamentals and many other data sources to understand market dynamics and find new signals

What were looking for
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics or closely related discipline (Ideally MS or PhD)
- 5 years of professional experience required
- Progressive experience working on high performance trading applications or strategies
- Recent handson experience with C# and C is required; Python/Pandas experience is a plus
