- Base pay from $19$20/hr DOE
- Additional commission and bonus opportunities (top techs make up to $60k/yr)

What is the job A Day in the Life
As a Pest Control Technician at Fox youll enjoy a great balance of independence and building meaningful relationships. Youll take ownership of your route providing toptier service to customers while ensuring their unique pest control needs are met.
Each of your visits will include:
- Preparing the specific materials for that customers unique needs
- Communicating your arrival and greeting customers with a friendly professional demeanor
- Performing pest control services with care and thoroughness
- Providing detailed notes on each service performed and offering recommendations for continued pest protection
- Continuing to the next customer with energy and focus
What you need:
- A positive peoplefocused attitude
- Desire for personal and professional growth
Able to:
- Lift 50 pounds regularly
- Build positive relationships
- Effectively communicate the value of our services to customers
- Eagerness to learn how to analyze pest activity explain it to customers and take action
- Learn/follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions/products
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- A valid drivers license and authorized to work in the US
What will set you apart
- Experience in manual labor service routes or outdoor work
- Proven ability to connect with people through facetoface service visits
- Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides
- Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader
- An independent attitude with a willingness to take initiative
