Assistant Boys & Girls Track Coach
Who You Are
The Episcopal Academy is seeking an assistant coach for the Boys and Girls Track & Field team. Strong candidates for the role will have a proven record of success and possess a passion for working with young people as both athletes and human beings. Candidates with experience in pole vault throws or hurdles are preferred.
About You
The ideal candidate for the Track Coach at The Episcopal Academy will possess the following:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three 3 years of coaching experience.
- Effective interpersonal communication time management and organizational skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and varying athletic skill levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A deep commitment to player wellbeing and success on and off the track.
- The skills to help ensure that all athletes at all ability levels are growing and improving.
- A desire to be a part of a positive inclusive and teamfirst culture.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Belief in the value of studentathletes playing multiple sports.
- A commitment to our teams schedule: practices meets and team gatherings.
- Ability to plan creative and effective practice plans for athletes.
