We are seeking Engineering Students for our Atlantic Canada District in Gagetown NB within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for 4 months starting in May 2025.
As an Engineering Student and depending on your assigned project you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
Conducting trade quote reviews verifying material quantities hours and rates
Conducting deficiency walks
Inputting/Updating deficiency logs
Issuing warranties
Taking/Coordinating progress photos
Updating coordinating and producingdrawings
Performing quantity takeoffs
Coordinating and supervising subtrade work
Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings
Settingup/Maintaining record keeping
Updating project schedules
Obtaining scheduling information from subtrades
Qualifications
Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.
Application of various computer software programs will be required including word processing spreadsheet applications and drafting.
