The Fiserv AskHR team supports close to 40000 #FiservProud associates globally ensuring a positive experience from new hire onboarding through their entire journey with Fiserv.
As an HR Operations Specialist you will be a part of a team that provides exceptional service and fuels an environment where associates thrive. What you will do:
- Serve as the primary contact for associates and external clients to address a wide range of HRrelated inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of associate needs and provide timely accurate and effective solutions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in meeting evolving needs of our associates.
- Utilize your technical skills to navigate and learn new systems and processes.
- Influence and guide associates to leverage the resources and expertise of the AskHR team.
What you will need to have:
- 1 years human resource experience or 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- High school degree or equivalent
What would be great to have:
- Bachelors degree
- HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
- Experience with Workday and/or interactive voice response (IVR) systems
