Works closely with and provides direction to technology leads to support program needs.
Collaborate with peer groups in Technology and LOBs to identify document and communicate business needs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and strategies.
Liaison between Vulnerability Management Program and LOBs in identifying measuring monitoring and escalation of risks including appropriate reporting and communication.
Utilize analytical tools as appropriate to support assessments of risk.
Supports creation and maintenance of policies and procedures including administrative tasks.
Understand the longterm business objectives and suggest strategies to meet those objectives and introduce technical innovations as needed.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Cyber BISO organization.
Assist/coordinate preplanning activities with LOBs.
Facilitate routine meetings with business stakeholders to provide updates on inflight initiatives.
Attend Cyber management meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience to include six years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development
Four years of experience as a business analyst or related role/experience with experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management Business Process Management Relationship Management Business Operations Quality
Management Experience planning facilitating eliciting documenting and managing business functional and technical requirements
Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies
Ability to interact with management business staff ADS and DTS personnel in order to gather compile and exchange information on work requests/project requirements and negotiate disputes effectively
Strong presentation verbal and written skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects activities and tasks under time constraints
Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels and resolve conflicts
Exceptional communication teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuousimprovement environment
Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
Strong critical and analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
Understand core systems applications and technical platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large amount of data
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across a matrix organization
Experience with financial measurements and metrics
Financial Services experience
Cybersecurity experience
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
