DescriptionNote: This is regarding a long term contract 2 to 4 yearsNote: Due to Visa limitations your application will not be accepted if your nationality is from Iran Iraq Sudan Egypt Israel Congo Afghanistan Libya. Exception if you are already a resident inside Qatar with a valid QID transfer of sponsorship is possible! If you have valid QID and are Qatar resident press NO when asked for :We are looking to hire a Construction Supervisor for a national oil and gas operator in Doha must have a minimum of 10 years experience in relevant construction and installation activities in projects of the oil & gas in English is a must. Key Responsibilities:Supervise the site construction/installation of work of relevant engineering discipl1ines of assigned Construction/EPIC contracts and ensure that the work is carried out safely and in compliance with the Scope of Work approved Engineering Standards and SpecificationsParticipate in constructability reviews as and when requiredReview contractors construction plans and schedules including method statements and JSAsCoordinate and control the mobilization of contractors to sites including site laydown areasFacilitate issuance of necessary permits and Gate passes when requested by ContractorsCheck inspect and test completed project work and/or arrange appropriate recommissioning inspections and tests Initiate Mechanical Completion CertificatesEnsure and follow up completion and clearance of all Punch List itemsReview and endorse red marked up and as built drawings participate in handover and acceptance review commissioning procedures and participate in the commissioning of facilitiesReview and endorse the Construction Dossier for the assigned projectsResponsible for the of construction and installation scope associated with the project on time and as per the approved Scope of Work specifications and standardsResponsible for timely issuance of PTW direct and supervise contractors Construction Team to ensure adherence to the PTW conditionsReview and subsequently endorse site work progress by the contractors Requirements:BSc in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University or Diploma in a relevant engineering Discipline with extensive constructionrelated experienceGood skills in construction management effective communication conflict resolutionA minimum of ten 10 years experience in relevant construction and installation activities in projects of oil & gas industryHave experience in the implementation of construction industry best practices systems processes and standards RequirementsWhere are you locatedWhats your nationalityWhat is your expected salary for this jobWhat is your notice period; when can you engage this jobThe application wont be accepted if nationality is Iran Iraq Sudan Egypt Israel Congo Afghanistan Libya.
