Job Description
Looking for a new opportunity with competitive pay and room to grow We are seeking Machine Operators (Plastic Sheet Production) to support the daily operation of plastic extrusion lines in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. If you have experience in machine operation and are committed to safety quality and teamwork this is your chance to join a growing company. Youll work a 12hour rotating schedule (four days one week three days the next) with day and night shift options in a facility that values consistency training and personal development.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic sheet extrusion machines.
- Adjust machine settings (speed pressure temperature material flow) to meet production needs.
- Perform inprocess quality checks using digital calipers and other measurement tools.
- Trim stack and package finished plastic products.
- Assist with color and size changeovers as scheduled.
- Accurately record production data and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all company safety procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
- Ability to read gauges and use basic measurement tools.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in warm environments.
- Must own steeltoe boots and comply with all PPE and GMP policies.
- Strong attention to detail teamwork and a positive attitude.
Shift Details
- 1st Shift 6:00 AM 6:00 PM): Starting at $17/hr
- 2nd Shift 6:00 PM 6:00 AM): Starting at $19/hr
- Rotating schedule: Week 1 4 days Week 2 3 days
