Job Description

The Washington DC office of Hogan Lovells global antitrust practice is seeking a lateral candidate with at least 3 years of experience which could include law firm experience government experience or clerkship experience. Our practice handles a wide range of domestic and crossborder antitrust and competition matters including litigation government investigations merger clearance and counseling. We are seeking a candidate that would focus primarily on the antitrust litigation side of our practice. Our caseload includes major consumer class actions (such as In Re Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation and In re Mylan EpiPen Litigation) nonclass action antitrust lawsuits litigation with state and federal enforcers (such as US v. Agristats) and international cartel investigations. Litigation experience (either plaintiff or defense side) is required. Antitrust experience trial experience and/or an economics background is preferred.
