Summary

As a Personal Care Assistant at Community Home Health Care you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living activities and personal care needs. This position is essential in ensuring that our clients receive compassionate and highquality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate lifting techniques.
• Support clients with memory care and cognitive challenges as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.

Schedule:

• Sunday: 10:15 AM 2:00 PM

• Tuesday & Thursday: 2:30 PM 6:00 PM

Requirements:

• Caring patient and dependable

• Willing to help and support others

• Experience in personal care or a related field is a plus
