Conducting phishing simulations to test employee awareness and response.
Developing and maintaining a cybersecurity awareness program including policies and procedures.
Monitoring employee engagement with training materials and providing feedback.
Align training with organizational needs.
Staying uptodate on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends
Language: bilingual or English speaking
Job description:
Were looking for a security analysis intermediary specializing in security policy awareness.
Developing and delivering training programs:
This includes creating content choosing delivery methods (e.g. online modules inperson workshops) and conducting training sessions
Educating employees on cybersecurity threats:
Training should cover various cyber threats such as phishing malware ransomware and social engineering
Promoting best practices:
Employees should be trained on secure password management email hygiene and how to identify and report suspicious activity
Measuring training effectiveness
Updating training materials:
Cybersecurity threats and best practices are constantly evolving so training content needs to be regularly updated
Providing ongoing support:
Employees should have a resource available to answer questions and seek guidance on cybersecurity issues
