AEITS Inc. is looking to grow its team! We are seeking an experienced Project Integrator Level II to support PEO leadership and Program Managers in overseeing the performance and health of highimpact DoD programs and portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in program contract and/or financial management along with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.


In this position you will support our customer in the Annapolis Junction MD area The ideal candidate will help establish and maintain acquisition baselines conduct holistic program analysis and provide insight to reduce implementation risks and ensure budget and delivery alignment.


Mission: As a Project Integrator on this government program you will assist leadership in managing acquisition baselines monitoring program health and conducting risk and cost analysis across initiatives and portfolios.


Location: Annapolis Junction MD

All work is onsite. This is not a hybrid or remote position.


Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph


Certifications:

  • None

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelors degree with a business or technical focus and Eight 8 years of combined experience in DoD program management contract management and/or financial management.
  • Support PEO leadership and Program Managers in acquisition planning and baseline maintenance.
  • Monitor and report on program and portfolio health ensuring effective delivery and budget alignment.
  • Perform risk and cost analysis to support decisionmaking across initiatives.
  • Communicate program insights clearly and tactfully across all levels of leadership and teams.
  • Foster collaboration and synergy among crossfunctional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal writing and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to engage tactfully and effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables slicers and pivot charts.
  • Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.

Education and Required Qualification

  • Bachelors degree with a business or technical focus and Eight 8 years of combined experience in DoD program management contract management and/or financial management.

In lieu of a degree:

  • PMP CPCM or DAWIA Level II certification plus three 3 additional years of directly related experience total of 11 years.
  • If no certification two 2 more years of related experience for a total of 13 years.

Travel

  • Less than 10 of travel may occur.
