Independent Contractor Critical Access Hospital Level IV Trauma Center
Compensation & Work Model
1099 Independent Contractor
$285/hour
12hour shifts (days nights weekends)
Flexible block scheduling 612 shifts/month)
24hour physician coverage
12 hours of midlevel assistance during peak times

10000 annual ED volume

Emergency Care 24/7
Critical Care Unit
Obstetrics

Advanced Radiology (MRI CT Nuclear Med Ultrasound)
Physical Occupational and Speech Therapy
TeleHealth and network referral relationships for transfers
Qualifications
BoardCertified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred (ABEM)
Will consider Family or Internal Medicine with:
3 years fulltime ED experience
Minimum 250 ED case logs in the last year
Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or academic setting
Must be proficient with:
Fullspectrum emergency procedures: Intubations Central Lines Chest Tubes Procedural Sedation Critical Care Airway Management OB/GYN & Deliveries Adult & Pediatric Resuscitation
Comfortable treating all ages
Current PALS ATLS ACLS
ND Medical License or ability to obtain
EMR: Meditech
