Yard Maintenance Assistant
Structural Component Systems Inc. of Fremont NE is actively seeking a fulltime Yard Maintenance Employee who will be responsible for keeping SCS grounds and adjoining public property in excellent working condition.
SCS offers a competitive wage starting $20/hour with the opportunity for an increase every 6 months based on performance.

HOURS: Monday Friday 6 AM 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Operating a bobcat skid steer and tractor to do the following:
- Filling holes
- Drag and tamp the yard
- Moving large objects
- Plowing snow
- Sweep streets at least weekly
- Assist with miscellaneous projects. These projects will be both inside and outside the plant and may include (but not limited to):
- Installation of production lines and safety guards
- Painting
- Replacing lighting/ballasts and other light electrical
Note: The list of essential functions is not exhaustive. It may be supplemented as necessary from time to time.
- Must obtain a valid Drivers License
- Experience operating bobcat and tractor
- Must be detail orientated and precise
- Must have good organizational skills
- Ability to read and write and comprehend English.
- Forklift experience helpful
- Warehouse experience helpful
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Outdoors a lot of the time all weather conditions
- Safe lifting of up to 105 pounds.
