Web Designer

Were looking for a Web Designer to join our Marketing team and help elevate our brand through innovative and highperforming web experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for design a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to create and execute responsive and visually compelling web assets.
This role will be a pivotal part of our marketing team to help drive our brand forwardyour work will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engaging audiences in fresh meaningful ways.
As Web Designer your responsibilities will be to:
- Create highfidelity mobilefirst designs in Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Iterate on submitted designs based on feedback from stakeholders and preliminary data tracked
- Collect discuss act and iterate based on feedback provided by stakeholders and team members
- Monitor website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Work with project management and engineering teams to translate your vision from design to frontend code
- Work with the data and marketing teams to measure conversion data of all deployed assets and collaborate with the team to suggest possible iterations
- Lead A/B and Multivariate testing initiatives to persistently seek improvements in Key Result Areas influenced by your designs
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of HTML CSS PHP and basic JavaScript.
- Strong grasp of responsive design principles and mobilefirst design.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailoriented with good problemsolving abilities
- Available to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
