Overview:
Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Essential Functions:
Expertly uses and serves as a resource for the educational processes and assessments and SPARK Program specific competencies to:
Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
Licensure Requirement:
Valid Ohio drivers license with proof of auto insurance
Skills:
Proficiency in MS office FileMaker Pro and virtual platforms such as Zoom WebEx Microsoft Teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple families heavy caseload and experience with inhome visitation.
Experience in communitybased work with underserved familiespreferred.
Strong data analysis and ytic thinking. Ability to build relationships with community residents at all levels as part of program management.
Experience:
5 years experience in early childhood education. Home visitation experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not mandatory
