Job Description

Overview

The New Patient Representative is responsible for creating an outstanding experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction the NPR provides solutions to customer needs in fast paced and energetic environment. NPRs will facilitate phone calls regarding patient scheduling questions and insurance state aid eligibility and possess the ability to convert conversations into scheduled appointments all while providing Five Star Service.

Responsibilities

  • The primary role of the Inbound NPRs will be to effectively communicate with customers who need to complete dental treatment or have questions regarding dental needs into scheduling appointments
  • Effectively navigate the system to Input customer information into the databases
  • Follow up outbound calls for missed and cancelled appointments
  • Foster strong and positive communication with peers customers and patients
  • Ability to surpass quality assurance productivity and dependability goals
  • Follow preapproved procedures in escalating patient concerns
  • Advise customers of available plans and services
  • Ability to multitask this includes ability to understand multiple plans and multiple levels of benefits within each plan.
  • Ability to analyzing and solving customer problems working independently and make solid decisions
  • Be comfortable overcoming objections to increase Frontier services
  • The ability to have fun and enjoy your High Energy & Collaborative Work Environment; Accessible & Knowledgeable Leadership Team
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Qualifications

  • Fluent in speaking Spanish and English (preferred)
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a fast paced contact center environment (preferred)
  • Experience working in an incentive based pay structure (preferred)
  • Experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties; Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone.
  • Ability to portray a positive upbeat service oriented attitude for an entire shift
  • Dedication to providing service which not only satisfies but delights the patient and builds loyalty
  • Excellent communication & listening skills acute attention to detail while consistently meeting/exceeding production goals
  • An enthusiastic outgoing detail oriented individual who has the ability to be flexible while working in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Excellent verbal communication interpersonal and organizational skills
  • An exceptional ability to multitask and manage personal productivity
  • Strong ability to listen to patient needs and matching needs w/ WDS services
  • Flexible schedule is a must; Available to work 40 hours per week
