Position Summary:

Prose is looking for an experienced detaildriven Senior Director of Quality to lead our endtoend quality strategy across our Brooklyn NY and other manufacturing facilities. This leadership
role will oversee Quality Management Systems Quality Control Supplier Quality Microbiology Customer Complaints and Regulatory Compliance while fostering a proactive culture of quality and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation deep experience in regulated manufacturing environments (GMP ISO 22716 and an ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management System (QMS)
1. Develop implement and continuously improve a robust compliant QMS that aligns with GMP ISO 22716 and FDA regulatory standards.
2. Ensure quality policies SOPs and documentation are current effective and followed across both manufacturing sites.
3. Lead quality governance reviews and ensure that all processes are auditready at all times.
4. Drive risk management practices and promote a preventive quality culture throughout the organization.
2. Quality Control Oversight
1. Manage and oversee quality control operations for incoming product testing and finished goods releases at both facilities.
2. Ensure QC processes align with internal specifications regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
3. Review lab data batch records and release documentation to support timely and compliant product release.
3. Supplier Quality Management
1. Lead the qualification auditing and performance monitoring of all external suppliers and raw material inspection protocols and drive issue resolution with suppliers to maintain consistent material quality.
2. Partner with Procurement to build strong accountable supplier relationships and continuously improve incoming material quality.
4. Micro Lab Management
1. Oversee the operation of the rapid microbiological testing lab ensuring accuracy compliance and efficient workflows.
2. Investigate microbiological issues and implement preventive practices to minimize contamination risk.
3. Maintain bestinclass documentation and reporting in line with GMP and ISO standards.
5. Customer Complaints and NonConformance
1. Lead investigations into customer complaints nonconformance issues and deviations.
2. Own the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processdriving root cause analysistimely action and effective resolution.
3. Identify and communicate key learnings across teams to prevent recurrence.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting
1. Leverage daily dashboards and quality inspection data to monitor performance across both sites.
2. Analyze KPIs and trends to proactively identify and address quality risks.
3. Develop and present routine quality performance reports to senior leadership highlighting wins risks and opportunities.
7. Internal Auditing and CAPA
1. Analyze the internal audits findings to assess compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards.
2. Manage the lifecycle of CAPAsfrom initiation through verification of effectiveness.
3. Prepare for and support external inspections and audits as needed.
8. Staff Management
1. Lead and develop the QA/QC teams at both LA and Brooklyn sites fostering accountability engagement and professional growth.
2. Ensure teams are properly trained and consistently applying quality standards and procedures.
3. Set clear expectations and goals aligned with Proses quality vision.
9. CrossFunctional Collaboration
1. Partner with Operations R&D Product Development and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.
2. Act as a key quality liaison in crossfunctional initiatives including new product launches and process improvement efforts.
3. Promote a qualityfirst mindset across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance Engineering Science or a related field.
  Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma ISO) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance including 3
  years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing microbiological testing and investigations particularly in a
  rapid micro lab environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis dashboard management and
  internal auditing.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement
  effective CAPA.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing teams across
  multiple locations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and drive continuous
  improvement.

Perks & Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $175000 $discretionary bonus and equity). Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience qualifications knowledge and skills. This role will be an inoffice position based out of our Liberty View facility in Brooklyn and the expectation is that this person will be in the office 5 days per week to be aligned with the manufacturing schedules.
