1:1 PartTime Support Staff Needed Syracuse (NS RB)
A 36yearold male is looking for a DSP in the Syracuse area to assist him with accessing his local community and social interactions. He enjoys art music DJing shopping and dining out.
The ideal candidate must be creative and engaging active and patient and have experience with building social skills.
This is a parttime position but additional hours are available with other people receiving services at the agency.
Hours and days of work: 15 hours Available Friday 3:30pm6pm and Saturday 12pm 5pm
Starting pay: Starting pay is $18/hour
Location: Syracuse NY
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work independently in the persons home and/or community.
- Reliable with effective communication and organizational skills
- No experience required but experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
- New York State Drivers license reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record required.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community.
