Job Description

Deputy Program Manager

Onsite: Arlington VA

Responsibilities:

  • Describe the proposed management approach
  • Include milestones tasks and subtasks required in this TO
  • Provide for an overall WBS and associated responsibilities and partnerships between or among Government organizations
  • Include the contractors QCP
  • Provide methods used to meet the Governments SLAs and reporting results
  • Provide methods for improving servicelevel management and operating more efficiently including proactive ITILcompliant service enhancements and problem avoidance
  • Provide methods for maintaining relationships with other contractors supporting or using NGB NCR NEC services
  • Provide methods for developing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Ten 10 years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • IAT or IAM Level III certification
  • Active Security Clearance
