Job Description
Overview
The successful candidate will be highly organized dedicated and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. You will work with management to create an effective cleaning schedule which will include your daytoday routines and work timetable.
Job Skills / Requirements
Clean all common room areas including the kitchen cafeteria lobby and break room.
When applicable place safety hazard signs in the building including wet paint and wet floor warning signs.
Monitor clean and service restrooms.
Respond to any major spills or other cleaning crises.
Remove litter and rubbish from main common rooms.
Exterior trash if any
Help order supplies required for facility maintenance.
Additional Information / Benefits
To ensure the health and wellbeing of our clients: Daily maintain and clean offices lobbies restrooms and other work areas by emptying trash cans and collecting recyclables dusting sweeping and moping.
- Janitorial work schedules are 2nd shift and are typically from 6pm to 11pm Sunday through Thursday
- Average hours are between 15 to 32 each week dependent on determined building requirements
