- Base Salary: $220K $240000.00

Job Description:
- Family Medicine Physician
- Two Clinic Locations near Grand Rapids MI (Muskegon and Holland MI)
- 3 days in Muskegon and 2 in Holland
- Services in our onsite health clinic include primary medical care prescriptions therapies and advance care planning.
- Patients base is 55 plus and geared towards Dementia and Geriatric medicine.
- Medication Management Lab tests Social Services Wound Care Advance Care Planning Comprehensive End of Life and Comfort Care
- Low turnover group with their MDs and NPs
- Team setting and collaborative group. Not a solo position. Its a team of OT/PTs NPs PAs psychologist social workers assisting the physicians.
- 40hrs a week. 8am 4:30PM
- Volume: 310 patients per day!
- Call 1 week every 8 weeks.
Profile Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Ability to hold a Michigan State Medical License
