Job Description
Job Summary
At Bay Ridge Subaru Auto Detailers are responsible for providing quality and detailoriented cleaning of a wide range of vehicles. This goes beyond regular cleaning / upkeep and includes thorough cleaning of the vehicle both outside and in and the repair and detailing of vehicles. The Auto Detailer will meet and exceed customer expectation for vehicle condition.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $18 per hour paid weekly
Responsibilities
Clean vehicles according to customer expectations
Handle cleaning exterior paintwork interior surfaces windows wheel wells and other hard to reach
Polish vacuum shampoo wax and touch up vehicle interior and exterior
Check for any signs of damage to the vehicle
Perform basic maintenance check such as tire pressure and fluid levels
Handle repairs as needed using power tools and hand tools
Record services performed and any problems found with the vehicle
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
High School Diploma GED or related experience
Knowledge of the latest detailing techniques
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Selfmotivated with a drive for perfection
Excellent customer service proficiency
Background in car mechanics/automotive technology a plus
Ability to identify potential issues and use problemsolving skills
