You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Concierge provides Mayo Clinic domestic and international patients with assistance in accessing nonmedical resources within the medical center and the Rochester community. Responsible for effectively analyzing patient needs and organizing assembling and arranging resources to address patient inquiries.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Second language skills preferred. Proven customer service skills/training. Knowledge of computers technical office equipment and general medical center patient information systems. Requires the ability to demonstrate proper telephone etiquette. Must be able to work independently be goal directed and have strong organizational skills. Successfully handles multiple demands simultaneously. Demonstrates a friendly positive attitude. Excels in both written and verbal communication. Excellent application of grammar punctuation and English usage. Must be able to communicate with individuals and small groups with credibility and confidence. Turns problems into opportunities by developing innovative and creative solutions. Displays energy and drive in performing daily responsibilities. Conveys an impression which reflects favorably upon the public relations of the institution. Two years experience in electronic customer communication and customer relations management databases.
