Deputy Nursery Manager
Salary: 29500
Hours: 40 hours per week

Our client a purposebuilt nursery with beautifully designed rooms and spacious play areas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team. The nursery boasts a large garden with allweather protection offering children plenty of opportunities to explore and learn outdoors throughout the year.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth daytoday running of the setting and the provision of highquality care and early education.

What Were Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience within a childcare or early years environment
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for providing highquality care and education
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in the overall leadership and effective management of the nursery
  • Assist in leading and motivating a team of early years professionals
  • Ensure compliance with all nursery policies procedures and safeguarding standards
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of the EYFS curriculum
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education
  • Help create a stimulating inclusive environment that meets the individual needs of all children
  • Promote equality diversity and inclusion across the setting
