THE ROLE
The Desktop Technician is responsible for providing firstline technical support for computer hardware and software issues. The role involves diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving basic desktop laptop and peripheral device problems. The technician will assist end users by setting up configuring and maintaining IT equipment ensuring the smooth operation of daily technology use within the organization
