This Paralegal II position will assist in managing Marriotts franchise disclosure document (FDD) update process by helping to draft and update Marriotts FDDs for use in the United States and Canada and assisting with filing and maintaining franchise registrations and exemption applications with various governmental authorities. The Paralegal II position will also undertake special assignments relating to the administration of Marriotts franchise system and the enforcement of system standards including research review analysis of contract documentation and related tasks. The franchise regulatory compliance team sits within the broader U.S./Canada Asset Management and Owner & Franchisee Relations team which is responsible for supporting Marriotts open owned managed and franchised lodging properties in the United States and Canada.

The hourly pay range for this position is $33.94 to $50.00.
