Join Oliver Wyman as a Program Manager where you will lead and coordinate key IT initiatives to align with our company strategy and goals. This hybrid role 3 days inoffice) focuses on implementing best practices maintaining system integrity and driving continuous improvement in IT projects and financial reporting processes.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead and coordinate key IT initiatives to ensure alignment with company strategy commitments and goals.

  • Develop and track a comprehensive Program Plan for the OW Professional Automation Services platform including defined objectives deliverables and communication plans.

  • Ensure successful delivery of all initiatives related to the OW PSA platform managing dependencies and coordinating project scope with stakeholders.

  • Manage project resources and budget effectively to meet objectives while identifying critical paths and risks within projects.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report project health and status using agreed project management systems and tools.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS business or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years of Program Management experience with expertise in IT project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master preferably with Jira or ADO.

  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and experience managing financialrelated projects and ERP systems.

  • Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Officebased teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $110200 to $220200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a casebycase basis. In addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performancebased incentives.
