As a Software Intern you will work closely with our software development team and will play a critical role in supporting the development deployment and maintenance of our software solutions at Baxter.
What youll be doing
Collaborate with the Software Development team to design implement and test software applications.
Develop and maintain unit and integration test suites.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Participate in regular team meetings standups and retrospectives to ensure open communication and continuous improvement.
What youll bring
Baxter is targeting students with proven academic performance and leadership potential. Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problemsolving abilities.
Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related degree.
Knowledge of objectoriented programming software engineering design patterns and best practices.
Experience developing solutions using C#/.Net and Angular/React.
Experience with unit testing frameworks e.g. NUnit MSTest or similar).
Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and problemsolving skills.
Positive attitude teamoriented adaptive to change and collaborative.
Actively involved in campus or community activities and organizations preferably in leadership roles.
