What were looking for:
Were seeking a Senior Designer with a refined eye for visual storytelling and deep expertise in mainstage keynote design and event branding. This role is ideal for someone who can bring complex concepts to life through highimpact visuals and animated presentations that feel more cinematic than corporate. These are not your average deckstheyre meticulously crafted to engage inform and impress.
Youll collaborate directly with executive stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to develop presentation experiences for Clevel keynotes product launches and highprofile conferences.
Youll also play a key role in designing branding systems for largescale eventsfrom onsite signage to stage visuals and motion assetsensuring a cohesive elevated visual experience across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Presentation Design & Animation: Lead the creation of sophisticated animated mainstage keynotes that support major executive and companywide communications.
Event Branding: Concept and design visual systems for conferences and largescaleevents including signage stage graphics digital screens and supporting collateral.
Strategic Storytelling: Simplify complex technical or business information into clearcompelling visual narratives that align with Kaseyas brand voice.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with executives marketing product andevents teams to align on messaging and deliver polished design solutions.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate Kaseyas visual identity across all formats and experiences ensuring consistency and excellence.
Project Management: Lead multiple highstakes projects simultaneously in a fastpaceddeadlinedriven environment.
Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers helping elevate overall team outputand creative thinking.
Key Qualifications:
5 years of design experience with a strong focus on presentation design eventbranding and visual storytelling.
A portfolio that includes mainstage keynote work motionrich presentations andconference/event branding.
Mastery of design principles layout animation and storytelling.
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint Apple Keynote Figma Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects a plus).
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting creative concepts withclarity and confidence.
A strategic mindset with a high attention to detail and a passion for translating ideasinto impactful visuals.
