Dans ce rle vous apporterez votre soutien plusieurs de nos cliniques situes Montral MontRoyal Laval Brossard et PointeClaire avec des dplacements occasionnels dans la Grande rgion de Qubec. Vos tches en un coup dil
- Vous assistez lors des examens propratoires et remplissez avec prcision les dossiers du patient.
- Vous rpondez aux questions des patients et assurez le meilleur service.
- Vous travaillez en collaboration avec des optomtristes.
- Vous effectuez des tests propratoires et postopratoires pour les patients.
- Vous mettez jour le systme de rendezvous aprs chaque consultation.
- Vous confirmez par tlphone les rendezvous postopratoires.
Une vue claire sur vos atouts
- Vous avez un intrt pour le domaine mdical et tes passionn par le service la clientle.
- Vous avez de la facilit entrer en contact avec lautre et tablissez rapidement un climat de confiance.
- Vous vous panouissez dans un environnement dynamique rythme rapide et lorsque vous travaillez en quipe.
- Vous tes laise avec les outils informatiques la technologie et Microsoft 365 (la connaissance des systmes de DME est un atout).
- Votre exprience dans le domaine de loptique et/ou mdical est considre comme un atout (technicien de laboratoire en pharmacie assistant en optomtrie assistant dentaire prpos la strilisation aidetechnicien en sant animale etc..
- Vous avez dexcellentes aptitudes en communication vous parlez franais et matrisez langlais de niveau intermdiaire avanc en raison de la nature des tches ou dinteractions avec nos patients anglophones.

In this role you will provide support to several of our clinics located inMontreal Mount Royal Laval Brossard and PointeClaire with occasional travel to the Greater Quebec City area.

Monday to Friday: 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Your tasks at a glance
- You assist during the preop exams and fill the patients charts accurately.
- You answerpatients questions and ensure the best service.
- You work closely with Optometrists.
- You conduct preoperative and postoperative tests for patients.
- You updatethe appointment system after every patients consultation.
- You confirm by phone postoperative appointments.
A clear view of your assets
- You are comfortable with computers technology and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
- Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: optometry assistant orderly dental assistant pharmacy lab technician sterilization assistant animal health technician assistant etc..
- You are looking for a fastpaced dynamic work environment where your ability to work in a team and excel at multitasking will be an asset.
- You have excellent communication skills you speak French and you have an advanced intermediate level of English due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our Englishspeaking patients.
