Job Description
Our Community Credit Union is looking for a Member Service Representative for our Montesano branch. As a Member Service Representative you and your team will provide OURCUs members with the highquality member service that keeps them coming back to OURCU for their financial needs!
You may thrive as a Member Service Representative if you:

Your day may include:
- Greeting members and nurturing relationships with them
- Performing transactions such as deposits and withdrawals cash advances transfers issuing cashiers checks etc.
- Responding to member inquiries and performing relevant research
- Offering OURCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding member accounts
- Assisting the Branch Manager with related duties as requested
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
