Dove Healthcare West Eau Claire is seeking a dedicated compassionate and empathetic registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to join our care team. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in a patients life during their most vulnerable moments this could be the perfect role for you!
As a Registered Nurse specializing in tracheostomy care you will provide expert nursing care to patients with tracheostomies ensuring proper airway management and respiratory support. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans monitor patient conditions and educate both patients and their families about tracheostomy maintenance and overall health.
Required Qualifications:
- current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
- excellent time management skills
- ability to accept and give directions
- work well in a team environment
- a desire to make a difference in peoples lives
