Thisrapidly expanding document management company is looking for a dedicated Tech Support/Service Specialist to join their team as they enter new markets. In this role you will play a critical part in supporting clients with software installation and usage working collaboratively with a team to solve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Software Management: Schedule and coordinate updates resets and installations of client software to ensure seamless operation.
- Installation KickOff Calls: Conduct kickoff calls with clients to guide them through the installation process and address any initial questions or concerns.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively providing outstanding customer support.
