We are currently looking for the rightService Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a team leader with at least 5 years of management experience to have a direct impact on all aspects of service at a customerfocused organization.

Youll be responsible for the following:
- Ensure timely completion of repairs by Plumbers Electricians and HVAC Technicians
- Lead quality control efforts customer escalation resolutions and training initiatives to ensure toptier service
- Hold meetings with department employees and provide training where necessary
- Drive accountability and development across service technicians
- Manage daily operations to meet or exceed target labor expense and gross profit goals
- Maximize quality and efficiency in scheduling work
- Ensure licensing and certification requirements for technicians are met
- Manages safety policies in the work place
- Maintain open communications throughout department
The right candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelors degree. Candidates with real world and onthejob experience may be considered
- 5 years of management experience
- Industry experience in Plumbing HVAC or Electrical a plus
- Advanced computer skills proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable with CRMs/ERPs (ServiceTitan a plus)
- A reputation for managing effective crossfunctional communication
- Highly organized
- Coaching and handson leadership style
- Strong training and analytical capabilities
