Physical Therapist Job Overview:
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants temporary licensees students and support staff as needed following state licensure requirements and professional standards.
- Ensure adherence to department and patient treatment schedules timely clinical and billing documentation requirements and attendance at workrelated meetings.
- Attend and contribute to patient care staffing conferences and other related meetings.
- Make referrals to other disciplines and agencies to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen based on the needs and capabilities of each patient.
Physical Therapist Job Qualifications:
- Active PT license in Maryland
- Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or Masters Degree in Physical therapy related field and Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years in a progressively responsible PT experience
- BLS / CPR
