Job Description
Location:
4910 Tiedeman Road Brooklyn Ohio 44144The position is to handle operational and administrative tasks performed by the CIS (Corporate Information Security) Identity and Access Management team and several examples of those operational tasks are the following: Provisioning user accounts based on least privilege model. Setup process and support access across various platforms databases server and applications. Incident response which includes 24x7 off hours support. Reporting and compliance functions. Cross organization and vendor collaboration activities. General Identity & Access Management (IAM) queries/research.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of information security or IAM experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent interpersonal facilitation and negotiation skills
- Excellent process management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency running technology and/or security tools
Essential Job Function:
- Create modify and delete user and service accounts based on the model of least privilege access
- Provision and support access to many wideranging applications both internal and external
- Trusted advisor to the line of businesses and technology organizations on projects that involve applications we administrate or new ones that we onboard
- Create and manage operation documentation
- Conducts research
- Incident response triage and resolution
- Escalates problems in a timely manner
- Anticipates and addresses security needs/issues
- Maintains knowledge of application and security advancements
- Performs activities within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Performs IAM operational tasks to ensure proper followup and response
- Complete cleanup efforts of access identified by the Access Control audits
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $56000 to $85000 annually depending on location and jobrelated factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for shortterm incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
