Physician - Family Medicine - Greensboro

The Wake Forest Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine physician with Geriatrics training to join our Irving Park practice located in Greensboro North Carolina. This is a parttime position 0.75 FTE) offering 30 hours per week in a 100 outpatient setting with excellent administrative support to help you focus on providing quality care.

Physician Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D./D.O.
• Successful completion of primary care residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D./D.O.
• Board certification in primary care or related field from said residency.
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) for prescription writing required.
