Job Description

Calibrate is partnering with a prestigious boutique law firm with a national presence to identify a Workplace Culture & Opportunity Manager who will help drive strategic initiatives and programming that strengthen the firms culture inclusivity engagement and professional growth opportunities. Working under the direction of the Chief Workplace Culture & Opportunity Officer and the Director of HR & Administration this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape a modern inclusive and highperforming workplace experience. The Manager will be a key partner across departments leading meaningful initiatives that reflect the firms values and commitment to excellence equity and employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Program Development: Collaborate with leadership and crossfunctional teams to implement policies and initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Culture & Engagement Initiatives: Lead and support firmwide cultural programming including internal and external events training and speaker series.
  • Education & Training: Design and facilitate internal training programs focused on culture engagement opportunities and leadership development.
  • Communications & Outreach: Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure internal and external messaging reflects cultural values and initiatives.
  • Reporting Insights & Administration: Develop content for newsletters presentations and internal resources related to workplace culture and opportunity.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required advanced degree or professional certification in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in workplace culture human resources or related areas (experience in law firms or professional services strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage crossfunctional programs and lead through influence
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset strong skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication facilitation and interpersonal skills
